Piranesi

Piranesi is a Non Photorealistic Renderer or NPR.

This approach has many benefits:

Gives a more fluid message to clients. Helps them to understand that this is not a finished immovable scheme but work in progress
Allows you to show a design that does not have every 'i' dotted and every 't' crossed.
Allows you to artistic license in not showing surrounding buildings by fading them out.
In addition to this Piranesi is a 2.5D program, giving some of the benefits of both 2D and 3D:
Allows you to easily add inexpensive entourage such as trees, people, cars etc much of which comes with Piranesi and even if it doesn't you can add your own via images you have taken or others from the web
Allows you to work as fast as you might in a 2D image editor with instantaneous results whilst using the 3D information embedded in the image to enable you to apply textures in perspective and objects that snap to planes and dimish correctly as you place them further away from the viewer.

Piranesi works with all our products as well as all other CAD products. Some have a bespoke plugin but all can be used using the program included with Piranesi called Verdute..
